• Partner with Key internal resources spanning the Data layer and Data Pool

• Identify current existing Data policies, procedures and capacity

• Gather documentation including current data pools  

• Review and refine specific Business Use Cases targeted for Big Data Strategy

• Audit entire tool suite in use in data layer and any existing Big Data related tools already in house and in use

• Review current Analytics use of internal and external data

• Review current Data governance and security process in place that are both understood & enforced

Visualize Future Desired State

• Develop Big Data Purpose and Vision Statement
