Pricing Options
|
|
Another added dimension of SES' flexibility is the various pricing options we offer to our Clients.
We strongly believe that how you pay for our services should not be an obstacle to using those Services.
Therefore, we have developed multiple pricing options to accommodate even our most demanding Clients.
Use the option that best fits your needs today, and change it to accommodate your needs tomorrow.
Now there’s a better way.
Here are some of the pricing options available to you…
- Time and Materials:
Clients who utilize T&M rates are buying effort and hours, instead of a finished product.
T&M rates are predetermined hourly fees which are billed to our Clients for each hour our Consultants work; SES is paid for every hour worked, including overtime, but never for sick time, vacation time or holidays.
The Client manages the project and directs our staff and assumes the risk associated with it.
T&M rates can be applied to individuals, groups of individuals, or ready-made project teams.
- Blended Rates:
Blended Rates are average rates quoted across an entire account, or project.
It is an average hourly rate of the entire team.
Blended Rates make it easy to forecast expenses and budget appropriately because the rate is the same for each person assigned to the account, regardless of their title or position.
This approach saves you the headache of itemizing individual hourly rates and the expense of cross-referencing them to time sheets.
- Fixed Daily Rates:
Fixed Daily Rates are rates quoted on a daily basis and the Client is billed only for the actual days worked by our staff.
We are not paid for sick time, vacations, holidays or overtime; we are only paid the Daily rate if they work.
If overtime is required you still pay no more than the Fixed Daily Rate.
- Fixed Monthly Rates:
Fixed Monthly Rates are slightly different from the Daily Rates because we quote the rate on a monthly basis; SES is paid by the month, regardless of how many days the Consultant works; We are paid the same Fixed Monthly Rate regardless of the amount of sick time, vacation time, or holidays taken; We are also paid the same Fixed Monthly Rate regardless of the amount of overtime worked!!!
Fixed Monthly Rates make it easy to forecast and budget project expenses because the rate does not change from month-to-month… it remains fixed.
We can even provide Fixed Monthly Rates for an entire team to simplify your life even further.
- Fixed Price:
Fixed Price Projects place all of the responsibility on SES to deliver a finished product for a predetermined firm Fixed Price; SES has full responsibility for the finished product, including project management, staffing, change control, quality assurance, and deliverables; if we finish early we bill for the Fixed Price quoted and benefit by the additional profit; If we finish late we still bill for the firm Fixed Price quoted and SES absorbs any additional costs; The price does not change.
It remains fixed.
- Off-Site:
Off Site Projects solve the space and facilities problem for the Client; SES controls the entire effort and assumes full risk and responsibility not only for the software development effort and the people associated with it, but also for the facility to do the development work; SES purchases, or leases, all hardware, software, communications lines, office furniture, telephones, copiers, and anything else that may be required to deliver an off-site IT project.
Minimum term limits may be required for off-site development work.
- Combinations:
Some Clients require a combination of Project Types and Pricing Strategies to meet their needs.
For example, some Clients might require Time and Material rates to do an upfront analysis, project plan, and estimate, often over a short time frame of 30-60 days.
Then use the project plan and man-hour estimates developed to quote a firm fixed price for the remainder of the project.
The remainder of the project could also be quoted using T&M, Fixed Daily or Monthly Rates; Responsibility is shared during the Time and Materials phase and SES assumes full project responsibility during the Fixed Price portion.
- Deferred Billing:
Regardless of what type of pricing option you choose, SES can add another dimension of flexibility by delaying potential billings up-to-3-months to accommodate your internal budget cycles.
If your funding has been approved this will allow you to accelerate your project kick-off without the frustrating delays associated with the budgetary process.
Put the flexibility of SES' pricing options to work for you today!
T&M, Blended Rates, Fixed Daily or Monthly Rates, Fixed Price, Off-Site Development or combinations of all the above… it’s always your call because it’s a Client friendly approach.
