At SES we have built a company on personal referrals. Referring a friend and helping them become successful has been an SES strategy from day one. We believe quality people refer quality people.
To foster a team environment, professionalism, and superior technical service, a bonus will be paid to each SES consultant who recommends an individual for full-time, permanent employment with the firm. Referral bonuses start at $500 and go up to $3000 depending upon the Job Category. Bonuses are paid after the staff member's 6th month of employment with the exception of outside referrals (referrals from people not employed with SES) which are paid after 30 days of employment..
