Training
SES provides all employees technology skills Development Guidelines, annual Career Planning,
a company-wide Skills Database, liberal Tuition Reimbursement, and access to Internet-based
training through our Internet-enabled Employee Support Center. We also provide In-house Classes on Project
Management and selected programming languages. In addition, SES designs and administers Customized Training
curriculums for project team members. This training addresses the client's Enterprise Architecture, Technology
Infrastructure, Application Architecture, Tools and Languages, as well as the client's standards, methodologies, and procedures.
