Bonus Program
Recognizing those who accept the Challenge! To reinforce performance and reward excellence, each SES consultant is eligible to earn additional compensation through a bonus and incentive program called the Peak Performance Program.

This program was designed to recognize the "ABC’s" - those people who consistently perform "Above and Beyond the Call" of duty. The Peak Performance Program combines recognition and financial incentives to promote, recognize, and reward outstanding leadership, initiative, creativity, dedication, and customer service. The following bonuses and incentives comprise the Peak Performance Program.

Peak Performance Bonus

To reinforce the concept of peak performance at the client site, a bonus will be paid to each SES consultant whose extra effort and commitment during a client project exceeds normal expectations. Evaluation is based 100% on client feedback concerning: technical performance, professionalism, communication, image, adaptability, creativity, attitude, effort, and "the ability to stretch." The Peak Performance Bonus allows you to earn additional income based on performance and be recognized in front of your peers for a job well done.

Business Opportunity Bonus

In order to create better market awareness, penetrate new accounts, and expand the current client base, a bonus will be paid to each consultant who identifies potential new business opportunities. These opportunities must be solicited and won by SES to qualify for this bonus. Business currently or previously identified by the firm will not be considered. The SES Business Opportunity Bonus rewards you for helping SES grow.

Overtime Incentive

At SES we recognize the value of personal time. We also understand there are times we must support our clients after the normal workday. As a token of our appreciation to our staff for this extra effort, every hour worked by an SES consultant in a billable capacity in excess of a normal 40 hour week, will be paid as overtime, at an hourly rate of the annual salary (also known as straight time). The SES Overtime Incentive compensates you with additional income when you must sacrifice personal time away from family and friends in support of our clients.

Referral Bonus

At SES we believe quality people refer quality people. To foster a team environment, professionalism, and superior technical service, a bonus will be paid to each SES consultant who recommends an individual for full-time, permanent employment with the firm. To qualify, the employee referral must be hired and remain with the company for at least 6 months. The SES Referral Bonus pays you to work with your friends and creates an enjoyable environment for the entire team.

Values Incentive

To promote the firm’s values, a non-cash incentive will be awarded to each staff member who consistently demonstrates the values, beliefs, and philosophies of the SES Constitution. This incentive consists of a variety of gifts or social activities such as concerts, sporting events, theater productions, sightseeing tours, amusement park passes, or gift certificates to your favorite store. Evaluation is focused internally and based on your commitment to the values and beliefs of the SES Constitution, implementation of its articles, and contributions to "making a difference" within the firm. The Values Incentive provides you and your family with a lasting memory in exchange for the lasting value of your contributions to the quality and character of our company.
