Bonus & Incentive Program


To reinforce performance and reward excellence, each SES consultant is eligible to earn additional compensation through a bonus and incentive program called the Peak Performance Program. This program was designed to recognize those people who consistently perform "Above and Beyond" the call of duty. The Peak Performance Program combines recognition and incentives to reward outstanding customer service.

Peak Performance Bonus:

To reinforce the concept of peak performance at the client site, a bonus will be paid to each SES consultant whose extra effort and commitment during a client project exceeds normal expectations. Evaluation is based 100% on client feedback concerning: technical performance, professionalism, communication, image, adaptability, creativity, attitude, effort, and "the ability to stretch."

Business Opportunity Bonus:

In order to create better market awareness, penetrate new accounts, and expand the current client base, a bonus will be paid to each consultant who identifies potential new business opportunities. These opportunities must be solicited and won by SES to qualify for this bonus. Business currently or previously identified by the firm will not be considered. The SES Business Opportunity Bonus rewards you for helping SES grow.

Overtime Incentive:

At SES we recognize the value of personal time. We also understand there are times we must support our clients after the normal workday. As a token of our appreciation to our staff for this extra effort, every hour worked by an SES consultant in a billable capacity in excess of a normal 40 hour week, will be paid as overtime, at an hourly rate of the annual salary (also known as straight time).

Emergency Response Team Bonus:

The Emergency Response Team is in place to provide our clients with an added level of protection in case a technical crisis arises. As a member of the Emergency Response Team, our SE's may be called upon anytime, anywhere, thus interrupting precious personal time. To soften that blow to their personal time, a bonus will be paid when a member of the SES Emergency Response Team is called into action. In addition, any hours worked will also be paid as straight time. The Emergency Response Team is the team behind the team!

MVP Incentive:

To promote the firm's "Team Players", a non-cash incentive will be awarded to each staff member who consistently demonstrates the values, beliefs, and philosophies of the company. The MVP incentive consists of a variety of gifts or social activities designed to make lasting impressions. Evaluation is focused internally and based on your contributions to "making a difference" within the firm.

SE of the Year:

The SE of the Year is the best all around SE as voted by the Branch Team annually. They are the one person in the branch that reflects the values and work ethic of SES in every way, everyday. The SE of the Year is awarded annually.
